In compliance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Audit of Financial Statements and Auditing Activities” No. 2258-VІІІІ dated 21.12.2017, as amended, International Standard on Quality Management (ISQM) 1 “Quality Management for Firms That Perform Audits or Reviews of Financial Statements, or Other Assurance or Related Services Engagements”, International Standard on Quality Management (ISQM) 2 “Engagement Quality Reviews”,
the ultimate responsibility and accountability for the quality management system of LLC “AUDIT-VID and Co” is assigned to the Executive Director Vadim Ioffe (the person ultimately responsible for the QMS).
Operational responsibility for the quality management system, compliance with independence requirements, and the monitoring and correction process is assigned to the Executive Director Vadim Ioffe, and in his absence, to the General Director of LLC “AUDIT-VID and Co” Volodymyr Drach.
